order with PE Kei Design through this web site, over the phone or via E-mail.
The quickest and easiest way to order is online. Our site utilizes Secure
Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to allow a secure transfer of information
between your browser and our server. Establishing a secure connection is
done automatically when you enter the order pages of our site. If your
browser will not permit a secure connection, you must place your order by
phone or E-Mail.

You can send your order to us via E-mail by sending a E-mail to, sales@pekei.com
with information on the product you would like to order. Do not include in
this E-mail your Credit Card information. Instead provide us with a phone
number we can contact you at. When we call you back that is when we will
take the credit card information and finalize the order. You can also call
us at (860) 824-5409 to place your order.

Placing an order on our web site is very simple.

Browse through our products and click on the name of the product you would
like to buy. Enter the quantity you would like in the window. Use any
applicable pull down menus available for size, color, etc.

Click the "ADD" button to add the item to your cart.

You should now be viewing your shopping cart contents. To change or remove
items, adjust the quantity and hit "UPDATE." You can continue shopping
by clicking "CONTINUE SHOPPING."

Place your order by clicking "CHECKOUT" to begin the process of placing
your order.

If tax is due that will automatically be calculated and added to the invoice at this
time. Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Connecticut.
Also the Handling and Shipping cost will be calculated and added to the order
at this time.

Enter your billing and shipping information in the indicated spaces.

Enter your payment information and any comments. We accept major credit cards
including American Express, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover. When ordering
online, insert your card information on the Payment Information form and complete
your order. It's that easy!

Paying for your purchase is safe, quick, and easy. To ensure the protection of
your credit card information, our site employs the latest version of Secure
Socket Layer Technology (SSL). This technology encrypts your credit card
information and helps to make sure that only you and PE Kei Design ever see

After you place your order online, we will e-mail you a confirmation that we have
received your order. Upon shipping your order, we will send you a second e-mail
that will provide you with the shipping details and an expected arrival date.

Your credit card will not be charged for items until we are ready to ship your order
to you.
