PE Kei Design is pleased to offer a 10-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all
merchandise you purchase from us. We stand behind the quality and condition of
all of our merchandise. We do recognize from time to time that our customers may
wish to return an item.

If you are unhappy with your merchandise, you can return it to us within 10 days
of receipt and we will be glad to either refund your money, exchange the item or
give you credit for the item. The credit has no expiration. Please contact us for
an authorization before you send your item back. You can contact us by sending
a E-mail to returns@pekei.com. You will receive a Return Authorization Number
 (RMA) that you will need to be written on the outside of the original package.

All exchanged or returned merchandise must comply with the following:

- Must be in original condition (determined by PE Kei Design).
- Must include all packaging materials.
- Must include a copy of the original invoice
- Must have a RMA number that we provided you when you contacted us for
   authorization to return the merchandise.
- Must be shipped back pre-paid UPS, Federal Express, Airborne or insured
   Parcel Post (PE Kei Design does not accept COD shipments).
- All returned merchandise must be post-marked/shipped within 10 days from
   customer receipt.

PE Kei Design will refund the full price of the merchandise on all returns that
comply with the above conditions. If the returned merchandise does not comply
with the above policy, the refund will be net of any costs associated with the
discrepancy. We'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our
 error.

If you receive an item that has been damaged we will be glad to replace the
merchandise for you. Contact us immediately and report the damage. You will
receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) that you will need to be written
on the outside of the original package. Contact us be sending a E-mail to
returns@pekei.com. Please retain all packing materials incase the carrier needs to
inspect the original package.
