作者簡介

陳素花,河南清豐人,1962年出生,1998年3月獲得上海交通大學(xué)語言學(xué)與應(yīng)用語言學(xué)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。先后任教于山西經(jīng)濟管理學(xué)院(現(xiàn)山西財經(jīng)大學(xué))、蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院,現(xiàn)為蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)服務(wù)外包職業(yè)學(xué)院副教授,從事大學(xué)英語教學(xué)27年,主要研究方向為社會語言學(xué)和應(yīng)用語言學(xué)。至今已主編出版《外企實用英語口語》、《就業(yè)英語》、《服務(wù)外包英語》、《商務(wù)英語口語》等六部教材,主持并參與科研項目多項,在國內(nèi)外期刊上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文30多篇,內(nèi)容涉及社會語言學(xué)、應(yīng)用語言學(xué),現(xiàn)正從事專門用途英語的教學(xué)與研究。

Outsourcing refers to a company that contracts with another company to provide services that might otherwise be performed by in-house employees. Many large companies now outsource jobs such as call center services, e-mail services, and payroll . These jobs are handled by separate companies that specialize in each service,and are often located overseas.
