韓震，山東省陽谷縣人，哲學博士，教授，博士生導師，北京外國語大學黨委書記。曾任北京師范大學副校長、北京外國語大學校長。主要社會兼職有：馬克思主義理論研究和建設工程咨詢委員會委員，教育部高等學校教學指導委員會哲學類專業教學指導委員會主任委員，北京市哲學學會副會長等。曾入選北京市"跨世紀青年理論工作者百人工程"培養計劃、教育部"跨世紀人才"培養計劃、人事部等部委首批"新世紀百千萬人才"、"四個一批"人才培養人選、中組部"哲學社會科學領軍人才"。主要研究方向為近現代歐美哲學、西方歷史哲學、價值哲學。先后主持多項國家和省部級重大攻關項目，多次獲得和省部級人文社會科學成果獎。
