內(nèi)容簡介

本書為高等院校知識產(chǎn)權(quán)專業(yè)教育的英語示范教材。全書分為32個(gè)單元，共收錄涉及知識產(chǎn)權(quán)內(nèi)容的英文文獻(xiàn)56篇，以閱讀理解為主，輔以專業(yè)詞匯、文章注釋，介紹了知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的基本理論、相關(guān)法律和組織、專利申請文僻的撰寫與閱讀、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)學(xué)術(shù)交流英語和國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究等內(nèi)容；每一單元介紹一個(gè)主題，課文后附有口頭和筆頭練習(xí)，便于讀者加深對原文和專業(yè)問題的理解。

讀者對象：高等院校知識產(chǎn)權(quán)專業(yè)及其他相關(guān)專業(yè)的在校師生.以及知識產(chǎn)權(quán)領(lǐng)域的從業(yè)人士.

作者簡介

厲寧男，1967年9月出生，江蘇省淮安市人，中共黨員。1986年畢業(yè)于南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)。1992年于南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲得農(nóng)學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。1 996年參加全國律師資格考試，取得律師資格。2002年2月在南京大學(xué)獲得管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位(知識產(chǎn)權(quán)方向)。2004年3月在南京大學(xué)取得博士后證書(知識產(chǎn)權(quán)方向)，副研究員資格。1992年6月至2004年4月在江蘇省知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局從事知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理工作。2004年4月作為廣州市高層次進(jìn)人才調(diào)至廣州市知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局從事知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理和研究工作。主要研究方向?yàn)橹R產(chǎn)權(quán)管理實(shí)務(wù)及知識產(chǎn)權(quán)法，發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文四十多篇，出版專著2部，主持承擔(dān)省部級及其他軟科學(xué)研究項(xiàng)目二十余項(xiàng)，其中獲省部級一等獎一項(xiàng)、二等獎二項(xiàng)、三等獎二項(xiàng)。2002年、2004年分獲南京大學(xué)博士論文和博士后獎。2004年獲國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局授予的 "全國及時(shí)批企事業(yè)專利試點(diǎn)先進(jìn)個(gè)人"榮譽(yù)稱號、2011年獲全國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)系統(tǒng)"雙打"先進(jìn)個(gè)人稱號。現(xiàn)為廣東省知識產(chǎn)權(quán)研究會常務(wù)理事，廣州市知識產(chǎn)權(quán)研究會副理事長，《中國科技論壇》審稿專家，暨南大學(xué)、華南理工大學(xué)、廣東金融學(xué)院兼職教授，廣東地方法制研究中心研究員，暨南大學(xué)法律碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生兼職導(dǎo)師，廣東省、廣州市科技決策咨詢專家，廣州市知識產(chǎn)權(quán)專家顧問團(tuán)專家，廣州市科普咨詢專家，廣州市政府采購評審專家。受聘國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略專題評審專家，人選首批全國知識產(chǎn)權(quán)領(lǐng)軍人才、國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)專家?guī)鞂＜摇⑹着鷩?百千萬知識產(chǎn)權(quán)人才工程"百名高層次人才人選。
