Part 1Sample Order

Sample is sent to customer for approval. Sample order is made out by Sales Department. The specification of sample size and raw material are listed on sample order. Four copies are used with the following distribution: one to Sale, one to Sample Room, two to Production Department (i.e.pattem maker and cutting supervisor ).For example :

Part 2Approval Sample Card

That the sample is approved for bulk production is subject to the instructions and comments on the approval sample card. It is very important to confirm all the details are corrected. It is made out by Sales Department. The information must contain:

(a) client

(b) factory

(c) style number

(d) fabric

(e) contractnumber

(f) size specification and measurement

(g) color

(h) garment constructions

(i) trimmings

Five copies are made under the following distribution: one is kept by Sales Department,and four by Production Department for grading, cutting, sewing and quality controlling. For example:
