楊春梅，南開大學國際貿(mào)易學碩士畢業(yè)，1988—1997年，在跨國公司從事進出口業(yè)務(wù)工作。2007—2008年，獲美國福布萊特基金，赴美國田納西州立大學進行交流教學和科研合作。趙宏，天津工業(yè)大學教授，博士生導師。2006年，獲天津市五個一批人才青年理論家。2008年，被評為天津市教學名師，教育部"2008年度新世紀人才支持計劃"入選人員。天津市精品課"國際貿(mào)易實務(wù)"課程負責人。曾主持并完成國家軟科學研究計劃項目《推動濱海新區(qū)"綠色經(jīng)濟"可持續(xù)發(fā)展關(guān)鍵問題研究》，國家社會科學基金項目《推進自主創(chuàng)新的體制機制和政策措施研究——基于關(guān)稅效應(yīng)的研究》等科研課題16項，獲中國紡織工業(yè)科技進步二等獎，天津市第十一屆社會科學成果三等獎等科研獎項。發(fā)表核心期刊論文14篇。主編出版專著《可持續(xù)發(fā)展中科技創(chuàng)新——濱海新區(qū)實證研究》1部，教材2部。
