Intercultural communication is a new study area of sociology,which is becoming more and more relevant in the increasingly multicultural communities that we live in, and it is an important issue in English language teaching. Researches in foreign language teaching indicate that good commend of language could not certainly ensure effective communication between different cultures, and that Intercultural Communicative Competence (ICC) plays a critical role.
鄭笑怡，浙江旅游職業(yè)學(xué)院藝術(shù)系空中乘務(wù)專業(yè)專職教師，講師，畢業(yè)于英國諾丁漢大學(xué)英語語言研究專業(yè)，獲文學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。主要研究方向為英語跨文化交際、跨文化禮儀。已在CSSCl核心等刊物10余篇，主持廳局級課題多項，主講乘務(wù)英語、民航服務(wù)英語等課程。
